This is a friendly reminder to everyone that we are 6 weeks away from Tryouts. It may seem like a long time but it will be here before you know it. I have attached the workouts and conditioning that we have been doing during the training sessions this past month. I cannot stress enough the importance of coming into Tryouts well conditioned. I understand that not everyone can make the training sessions and this is why I am posting this information. If you can find 30 minutes to an hour at least 3-4 times a week to do some conditioning it will go a long way come tryout time.
